The Claude Dozorme cutlery was founded in 1902 by Blaise Dozorme, known as “the Wolf”.
Located in Thiers, the French capital of cutlery with 6 centuries of history, the company combines know-how and craftsmanship to produce bold, original and very high-quality knives, adapted to the present lifestyle .
It is one of the rare cutlery makers to carry out all of the manufacturing processes in-house, guaranteeing 100% French manufacturing.
Respect for tradition and rules of artisanal manufacturing is one of the fundamental values of the Claude Dozorme manufacture.
After a rigorous selection of the best materials, cutting of steel, blade grinding, blades polishing, assembly, shaping… The main stages of manufacturing a product stamped by the master cutler Claude Dozorme have been the same for over a century.
They have been enriched with new technologies such as laser cutting, numerically controlled machining, etc. to obtain avant-garde products with impeccable quality, but also to facilitate the work of the men and women who produce “living” products every day.
The company produces a wide range of knives for the table, kitchen, outdoor and cellar with its sommeliers and champagne sabers.
Forks, spoons and many other accessories allow enthusiasts to dress beautiful tables in a traditional, modern and colorful style.
This commitment to tradition has allowed the company to be labeled “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” in 2009 by the French State.
Our products are sold mainly in stores but also in department stores, in France and in about thirty countries.
